Under the Sunday Brunch’s “all-you-can-eat à la carte” concept, sumptuous dishes are cooked to order with guests invited to avail themselves to unlimited servings of starters, soups, salads, egg, meat, and fish dishes brought out fresh from the kitchen, plus an indulgent selection of cheese and desserts. Brunchers also have the option to pair the 3.5-hour feast with free-flow wine or unlimited Veuve Clicquot.
Amuse-bouches such as truffle egg ring the bell to start the Sunday feast, followed by cold starters including Iberico ham, smoked amberjack, and Hokkaido scallop escabeche. Foie gras and majestic oyster are also seared and shucked a la minute to order to ensure maximum succulence. Soups and salads are spooned and tossed to order to accompany the quintessential brunch item – the classic egg benedict or a tom yum variant, the khai benedict.
With the appetite fully whet, brunchers can tuck into hearty surf ‘n’ turf mains, including black angus striploin, herb crusted lamb rack, Wagyu beef cheek, mussels and fries cooked in white wine, and Scottish salmon. Leisurely Sunday brunches are wrapped up with a selection of cheese and petit desserts from the dessert trolley, Chocolab bon bons and tea.
The Park Society Sunday Brunch is priced at THB 2,200++ (including unlimited soft drinks, juice, tea and coffee), THB 2,900++ (including additional free-flow wine and beer), and THB 4,900++ (including additional free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne).
